About Me

I have been an immigration attorney for more than 20 years and knew that I needed something to improve my mind-body health. I found yoga. I was impressed at how a regular practice was so beneficial for my mind, body and soul. Being an empty nester and faced with lots of time due to the current pandemic I decided to take the next step and complete a yoga teacher training course. I am now proud to be an RYT200.
Always looking for ways to improve myself and the lives of others, I continued training and am now a certified Life Coach.
Prior to this, my interest in other cultures and faiths led me the the All Faiths Seminary where I was ordained as an interfaith minister.
While I have weaved together this tapestry of offerings for current and future clients, I found a common thread. My guiding philosophy as an immigration attorney has always been that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best life.
My hope as a celebrant, yoga teacher and life coach is that I can help you live your best life !
